Marcus Kellum
Marcus spent three decades in public service working with various cities and counties throughout the country and has held positions of compliance planner, code division manager, chief of enforcement, quality and sustainability specialist and department director. In 2005, he managed the efforts of helping to shape the future of the third-largest city ever to incorporate in the United States and the largest privatized city in the nation, Sandy Springs, Georgia.
